Back to the criminals, they should all be destroyed. We can't afford monetarily to feed them and maintain these barbaric monsters in our jails. Death penalty for anyone with a sentence of 3 years or more in jail, that would save tons of money for the government to spend elsewhere and would get rid of some serious headaches.

'The death penalty for anyone with a sentence of 3 years or more in jail, that sould...' sentence is a bit drastic. Since my arrival, I noticed that it is easier to get arrested for no reason here in the DR than anyplace I've been too. A cop can just mess around with you, outspeak you in spanish, and have you in jail for a week, until you are able to call a family member. I happen to come from New Mexico, dress a bit gangsta, and often get missinterpreted as a tiguere. That aint right. Also, imagine yourself driving one day and you happen to hit and killl a 'motoconcho', even though it was his fault... that'd be an instant 5+ years jail sentence, and according to your beliefs you'd be put to death. ;p
