Does Canada have restrictions on free speech? Naturally. What exactly is "hate speech", is agitating for a nation state or challenging universalism hate speech?

I dunno, maybe you could cite some examples of people in Canada getting sent to prison for their political views? Then I would have a better idea what you're talking about.
