And the deadline is tonight. Apparently they have jumped back into the lead, with a two team deal involving basically a Howard and Richardson for Lopez and picks swap.

Orlando should want Brooks in that trade as well, but I understand if they'd rather get another first rounder. That said, if your team needs a shooting guard, now is the time to step up and offer a first rounder to get one. Especially if you are a middle of the road team giving up a pick in next year's draft, you'd be getting a steal.

Williams and Wallace are officially on the books for the Nets now. The deadline is because they need to either have Howard or sign Lopez soon. If Lopez is signed outside of a sign and trade, he can't be traded until December 15th.

Not sure how Humphries fits into this, if at all.
