Is the Outback series considered an exho?

I thought it was sort of a shadow champions tour

It's weird Nalbandian and Nadal have never met. Rafa will probably win this one, since it's in Mallorca, but I actually think Nalbandian would beat him in a tour meeting. There will also be a Moya-Davydenko match (which is why Carlos was pictured)
