Serena Williams exchanged volleys with Gisela Dulko over water on a plaza in Monterrey, Mexico on Sunday in an exhibition of mini-tennis. Serena pulled out of the Monterrey Open last weekend with a left ankle injury, but still flew to Mexico to help promote the event.

"It hurts me because I wanted to play here and that way I came, but sometimes things get in the way of your plans," said Williams, who tore ligaments in her ankle at the tournament in Brisbane.
