Today was a day of choking in Bogota apparently:

Johansson was up 5-2 40-15 in the third set against Savinykh; she was also the defending finalist here.
Mayr-Achleitner was up 5-1 in the third set against Arruabarrena-Vecino.
Luzhanska was serving up 2 breaks at 4-1 in the third set against Duque-Marino

Also worth noting that this was Rampre's first WTA level win since 2000. She has yet to beat somebody in a main draw that was ranked inside the top 400.
