Was Berdych injured or did JMDP really play that well?

Didn't see any sign of injury, but Berdych generally out of sorts -- serve not reliable (although he slammed down a couple of aces on break points), got called for a foot fault, sprayed a lot of groundies wide (and muffed at least one easy volley into the net), and was so upset by Gerry Armstrong allowing a late challenge from DelPo that he ranted both at Armstrong on court and at a supervisor during the changeover.

Still, a bunch of games in the second set went to deuce, and I caught one really good rally. (Was watching intermittently over breakfast.)
