I'm one of those people who has never cried at a piece of music in their entire life, but there are certain tracks that sort of give me that feeling you get when you're about to cry
Me too!
I can't remember actually crying at a piece of music but sometimes it will come close. The Tori songs that stand out in this regard include "Baker Baker" and actually the recent live versions of "Marianne" (from Paris 2010) and "Gold Dust" (from Phoenix 2009, I believe). The piano Tori adds after the "not a chance" lyric in "Marianne" in Paris just resonates so much. It's very simple, very slight, it's like one chord, but it's so perfect. (The amazing quality of the Paris videos is also a contributory factor - the person who recorded that deserves a huge thank you.)
