what kind of a nut are you anyway?

50 years of watching them and one lousy playoff victory. I should have shot my old man for ever following these idiots.

to cut a long story short, when my son ( now aged nine ) wanted to learn the game, we thought we could follow team together, living in the part of Ontario I do, we get US tv channels out of Detroit, so we get Fox and they show all the lions games, so best to support a team that we can watch week in week out - one lesson has learned in this endeavour is that you stick with your team thick and thin, he has many times said he likes other teams ( he has a soft spot for the steelers) yet he remains ( and I too) committed to the Lions, sure they break your heart, but as he says

"just wait till they get in the play offs and win one Dad, just imagins the party we will have"

I just hope he does not have to wait too long for this
