Not sure I follow what's going on with your thyroid -- what medication are you taking, if you don't mind my asking? I have Hashimoto's (an autoimmune disorder that causes hypothroidism) and have been on medication since childhood, but have never noticed that it had any effect on my sex life aside from being too tired to bother when my levels were really off.
