I thought it was odd ESPN was ignoring it.

I debated in my mind whether it is news for a sports station and/or site.

But, divorce is civil too. Does espn report divorce cases of sports stars? If not, they may be right in not reporting this. If so, then this is newsworthy.

Edit: Does espn report other civil lawsuits - like debts - of sports stars? I think they do.
