Wow, looking back over the past five years -- most of these young ladies tend to be rather streaky. They have a run of good results, then a stretch of a lot of nothing, before another spell of good stuff. Whether this is or is not related to injuries is open to question.

All of them are still on the scene, though most of them seem to be playing on the lower-level events. Then there's Vania -- whose singles results are as streaky as any, but who has done very nicely playing doubles - with, what, three Slam titles to her credit now?
