Who's Vasilisa Bardina? I don't recall ever seeing that name.

I just looked her up...looks like 2007 was "shining" year before she dropped off the tour due to injury. According to her Wikipedia page, she is currently being coached by Jeff Salzenstein and trying to make a return. I guess she played in the US Open Qualifier Wild Card tournament this year.

She's best known for getting double-bageled in the first round of the Australian Open in 2007 against Kimmy. She's attempting to comeback through the USTA Pro Circuit ITF events right now but has had very limited success. (she lost in the first round of qualifying at the $75K in Phoenix this week)
