Tomas Berdych has withdrawn

Did this come to TAT in an official release from the ATP/the tournament or did you see it on the Shanghai site?

I ask because the order of play shows him as withdrawing, but it is in the same slot as the Tursunov withdrawl from the day before. I was thinking perhaps someone cut and pasted but forgot to delete the Tursunov retirement.
