It must be raining in Tokyo. The only match being played is Bartoli/Morita and the rest are stalled.

I don't know if Bartoli is trying to retool her serve or something but she's been racking up the double faults like crazy. When she lost to King last week she had 17 double faults in two sets. She's up 3-1 in the third and has 8 doubles.
