Chrissie thinks that Frannie hasn't backed up her French win, despite staying in the top ten (after a long career outside it) and getting back to the French final, which no one expected she would do? We can't all play Pam Shriver in finals, Chrissie!

To be fair, they said it mildly. "She hasn't... reallly backed it up." It was basically the same as saying "She's dropped a bit."

IMO, LOL, smiley face, and all that.
