Didn't Melzer hurt himself in Washington? and this was his first match back after that injury.

He played last week and lost in the first round, albeit to Simon. Not really any shame in that.

And Igor can play hot tennis. But still. It's kind of a headscratcher. No momentum going into the USO at all.
