Who WILL qualify:
[1] Nuria Llagostera Vives: the queen of GS qualifying will retain her throne
Marina Erakovic: she's been playing well and is just about the toughest draw someone could've gotten
[3] Aranxta Rus: Kimmie slayer should make it through this relatively weak section
Anna-Lena Groenfeld: I'm going to pick the upset in this section because her top seed seems allergic to the green stuff and her other seed, Namigata, has become a walking bye this season
[5] Tamarine Tanasugarn: should've gotten a WC but should only face real trouble in her second round here
[6] Edina Gallovits-Hall: definitely the weakest of the sections but she did take a set off Jie today
Casey Dellacqua: she seems to be in good form since her comeback
Ekaterina Ivanova: if she can find her serve on the grass her seeds aren't too dangerous
Kristyna Pliskova: last year's Wimbledon girls' champ's game is tailor-made for grass
Michaella Krajicek: tough section with a lot of top performers on the challenger level but it's hard to pick against a past quarterfinalist
Alexa Glatch: her big serve should help her in a section full of players that would probably rather every tournament be on clay
[12] Sloane Stephens: her serve (when it's on) and forehand should have her sailing through her first 2 matches but a possible encounter with Woz the lesser is looming
