I keep hearing about a ballboy incident. What happened?

Viktor was setting up a very easy overhead when a ballboy ran on court (must have thought Troicki's previous shot was a winner). Ballboy stopped before running into Viktor and Troicki hit a perfect overhead that no way Murray would have reached. Pascal Maria called a let and said to replay the point. Troicki lost the replay but still broke in that game.
