I don't know if I agree re: prize money/ranking points. Yeah, they've both lasted an unbelievable duration of time, but they also both didn't win the match in a shorter amount of time.

There's great honor in their performance, but a match is a match.
Sorry, but completely disagree. Indeed, they haven't won the match, but to say it has been for lack of trying is almost criminal. Somebody else mentioned players like Gulbis and Monfils here in this thread. Players like those would have folded at 9-7, the latest. This is absolute proof of two players truly wanting it.
Isner's second serve ace on break point would be ultimate courage, if you didn't have...
Mahut's ace on MATCH POINT.
This match is no regular match, this is an honor to our sport. Next time any player IN THE PLANET complains about cramping late in the third, Isner and Mahut should have the right to come into the court and scold him/her. And take their rackets away forever.
Love the idea or re-naming the court.
