Once press agents and personal representatives start spinning the story, I always worry that the person who seems so badly in need of help might not get that help, because they have to back up the story that was spun on their behalf.

I'm with you Ti on the initial report. You don't accidentally overdose on prescription drugs. You might accidentally overdose on prescription drugs in combination with a bunch of other substances, or you deliberately overdose.
While I don't think this is situation in Jennifer's case, I think it is possible to accidentally overdose on prescription medication. When you take something regularly it can be difficult to remember if you did it that day or not (I know I have this problem sometimes, I've even counted out a whole bottle of pills in an attempt to figure it out). People can also misread the label in regards to amount or frequency not to mention mix ups with doctor's offices or pharmacies. I don't think it's common, but I don't think it is impossible either.

As an aside, I think m8s comment on initial reports was just in response to my post on her location.
