Has Florian Mayer pulled out of doubles too?

He's still in the draw. His illness is a stomach ache, so he might not need to (unless the rules say he must). Sorry, I'm assuming you're looking out for Jamie Murray. Yet another sign he should have stuck with Butorac!

Speaking of people who can't play, Brad Gilbert said Azarenka couldn't move side to side in her singles match. Why is she entered into doubles?
