Maybe the French Open can be the first to expand up. There has to be a way to put stadiums/courts on multiple-story complexes. I'll bet if the sides/walls were left open they could still be considered outside matches.

They need a creative, out-of-the-box thinking architect.

well actually in the architect view of the new court which I had seen, there was a new center court with a roof and under that court there were 4 training indoor courts.
