Was wondering why Cibulkova wasn't in the draw

"The leg is not really good," Cibulkova said after her 6-4, 7-5 semifinal loss to Olga Govortsova in Ponte Vedra Beach. "That's why I'm not going to Charleston. It doesn't make sense."
