I couldn't care less...
Pretty much my opinion on this.

It's been going on for so long that there will always be players that have coaches that either come up with signals or just yell to them from the box. And the fact that older, more veteran players do this and essentially get away with it (seldom are there warnings given out from the umpires) it shows the younger players coming up and their coaches that it's okay to do it. And then because on court coaching is allowed outside the slams players and coaches are used to coaching their players during matches.

The likelihood of the sport putting a complete stop to this is extremely small.
