I'd prefer they focus on time violations first. So easy to enforce!

Coaching is much more difficult to stop. The coach could pretty easily watch from outside, and send text messages to somebody the ump has never seen before, who then could give very subtle signals.

I'd support driving it out of the public eye, because that embarasses the sport, but recognize that it's almost impossible to truly get rid of it.
