All Wickmayer had to do was register and she wouldn't be facing this.

Yea, I don't mean to say she's blameless, Ti. You're absolutely right about complying with rules she agrees to.

It's just you see a headline that says she's "to face doping tribunal", your first thought is she is being accused of doping, which she is not.
