Gosh, no it's not your fault. After I Googled the story to see if there was more information, almost everything appeared as Wickmayer Facing Doping Tribunal. It is what it is, and it has nothing to do with how you titled it. You go before the Doping Tribunal when you violate the Whereabouts policy...I don't think there's a "Whereabouts Tribunal".

And even if there is, no one knows where it is.
