I'm a little surprised. Wickmeyer has been playing very well lately....I'm a trifle surprised she wasn't more cautious about complying with doping regulations.

No matter how silly (and the "whereabouts policy" is silly) .....it is the responsibility of each player to be informed and comply with said rules.

I'm just surprised at Wickmeyer. Not informing 3 times certainly leaves room for a hardline approach and conjecture about why she didn't inform them

And even if she forgot...she should have informed them immediately when she remembered.
