I didn't see the match live, but I have seen several YOUTUBE videos which range from one with subtitles, in which she calls the lines person "you fat ugly gook" (horrible, but I think unlikely) to just raw video of the last minutes of the match. In none I have been able to hear her say "please" at any moment.
