Really. I can't point you to a concrete prediction, but I didn't pick Serena to win this title. Once Kim got past Venus, I expected (but did not want) her to get past Serena too.

I thought this might end up being the widest open Slam on the women's tour this year and it was.

Del Potro beat the world No. 1 in a Slam final on his first try and this after being routed by the same player at the first Slam of the year. He was supposed to have a letdown after the "best day of [his] life" yesterday.

Huge. Upset.
