Rafa complaining to the umpire, that's not a good sign. (although it was too bad the linesperson call that ball out)

I was watching Marat Safin's meltdown when he got a footfault called vs. Tursunov....so I didn't see this.

What happened? Was the ball out? Did Rafael challenge?
