Well it sounds like she went out of her way to alert officials. I think she won't be severely punished for this. The doctor or trainer or whoever handled this procedure ought to know better.

On the other hand, there have been some ludicrous punishments for doping offenses and Tamira probably should have known better too. I mean, isn't this blood doping?
