Federer hasn't looked great to me so far this tournament. Also, it seems like the press has pencilled him into the finals already. I believe he's mentioned that he has a shot at winning all four slams in a row because now all he needs are the two HC ones. Basically, I think he may be overconfident and not playing his best, so an upset is possible. Davydenko and Soderling are two of the few players with the talent to do it.
Upsets are always possible, but closing out Roger in a GS tournament is mighty difficult (even more than doing it to Serena). Doubly so if you have lost the last dozen matches against him.

As for not playing well, Roger will raise his level when necessary just as he did in Cincinnati.
