Why are Gasquet and Blake out? Specially taking into consideration that he tanks the clay season to prepare for grass hardcourts (to be crossed out soon too ).

Gasquet is out with "lack of physical prep"

(He had 4 weeks to get ready..)

and James is preparing to say that he is all about indoor tennis at this moment and is waiting for the fall.
