Please elaborate (Sorry if I am missing the obvious here...)

I'm pleased to see him putting his health first. I'm pleased that he's not moving from one high-stakes situation directly into another. I'm pleased to know another American will get an opportunity to show their wares in DC.

There are a few others, but I prefer not to include them here.
