My means are Roddick should not play this year of Davis Cup because he lost to Nadal in crutial tie when USA was falling behind Spain 1-2 at last year of semi-final. Also he has a previous record for this.

I think Andy should be tortured for several months. Perhaps we can send him to Guantanamo Bay and have Dick Cheney personally oversee the process to make sure that the hourly beatdowns and waterboarding are taking place as scheduled.

Maybe even some extra beatings are deserved for embarrassing the United States of America with his shameful loss to that bum in the Wimbledon final.
