Sesil Karatantcheva KAZ -- Blech. Prove me wrong, Angela Haynes, PLEASE. And has Karatantcheva always played for Kazakhstan? Thought it used to be Bulgaria, but I'm probably wrong slash missed the story.

Olivia Rogowska AUS -- Won a match at RG, I believe, and almost upset a seed in the first round of the AO.

Going with Petkovic but Knapp and Oudin are both in this section, too. Ouch.

Hsieh -- Asians love the grass. Honorable mention in this section to Zuzana, who qualified here last year (I think) and got killed by Vaidisova.

Irina Begu ROU -- Romania's awesome.

Julie Ditty USA (11) -- Why not?

Ksenia Palkina KGZ -- Alright Kyrgyzstan!
