When he had that two-year stretch he was one of the four best in the world and kept finding Federer on hardcourts. He's cut in half by being weak on the other two surfaces but he's still a good hard court player.
We'll have to revisit this during the summer hard court swing. His hard court results this year haven't been very impressive. I think he's severely lacking in confidence.
