Safina will blow through that match, and Sveta will either win it really easily or fall apart half way through. Am I a bad person for not caring either way, and not paying attention to day 12, due to the lack of Men's matches?

I'm pretty sure you're not alone in this sentiment.

I'm personally still invested in Sveta and Cibulkova. But for the reasons you mentioned, I probably won't watch.
