Heavier conditions, however, will help Andy with his movement. The clay will be more solid and Andy will have firmer footing. It won't be nearly as slippery as it would, if it was dry and earlier in the day. I wouldn't count Andy out just yet...
I believe Andy moves better on the clay when it's dry and slippery, actually. The imported terre battue in Houston was always dry and slippery and the last time Roddick won that title, Grosjean spoke at length about how well Roddick moved and slid around the court.

When I need to remind myself how well Andy can move and play on clay, I pop in that DVD.

Now I've got a few more to view.

If Monfils brings it, I don't think Roddick has a chance tomorrow evening.
