I think you need to go back one match, Pierce Chang, to Mary's match against Eva Birnerova in the 2nd round at the USO.

While Mary won that match, I remember thinking while watching that match that if Mary plays like this in her next match (against Li Na), she might take a set, but then would likely end up getting double bagelled.
