I bet they still write about Shahar in Israel and will continue to do so until something better comes along. No reason to hype her elsewhere, though.
If you are the top tennis player in your country and have broken barriers that no one has broken before, I'd bet they'd write about you too.

Why all the disrespect towards Peer?

It's not as if she's the greatest tennis player in the world, but she isn't Brie Whitehead either
