ONLY way I can see a different outcome is if Djokovic plays in Nadal's half of the draw:

Djokovic beats Nadal in the semis and goes on to win the title in 4 sets against Federer after being down a set and a break- 8.5%

Federer actually holds on to his lead in above scenario and completes the career slam- 1.5%

(Chances of either Federer or Djokovic to beat Nadal in the final: 0.00%)
