This brings up a question I should have asked the other day: Where is Jelena's Mom in all this? Is she alive? Is she still married to Damir? I'm not blaming her or anything; I was just curious.

They divorced and she lives in Australia but I think she and Jelena aren't close? I googled for that yesterday. She gives the occasional interview about how much she supports Jelena and how bad he was. Sounds like an enable, honestly
