I don't think the top 10 is out of her reach given its current state. Didn't Hingis manage a return to the top ten?

I don't think it'll happen overnight, though.
Hingis made it to No. 7, won two Tier I titles, and made the YEC. In just over a year.

If Kim is determined to make a comeback, she can most certainly equal that effort, and, I expect, surpass it.

How many of these up-and-coming youngsters is she going to stop dead in their tracks?
I was thinking about this yesterday. This younger generation is a mess. With Henin gone and Maria's shoulder on the mend, they were down to just Venus and Serena. And now here comes Clijsters again to set them back even further.
