I think Kimmie will go as far as Kimmie wants to.
I don't think it is fair to compare Kimmie with Lindsay except in the most general terms. Kim was always a bigger mover and more gutsy player than Lindsay was. After two babies...I don't think she has lost any of her drive to play tennis and seeing Linds come back.....has probably given her much more motivation than she already had to begin with.
I agree with the other posters that much of it depends on how much Kim's body holds up. I don't think a woman's body goes to rot after two babies especially given at the young age Kimmie had hers at. I think if a woman takes care of her body....trust me, pregnancy and breastfeeding can enhance a whole lot because of the hormones. So if you care for yourself.....and I don't doubt that Kimmie has....you can basically do whatever you want.
And youngsters on the tour....haha don't make me laugh. A lot of them still haven't refined their games yet. They lack the maturity needed on the courts to sustain... A lot of them still choke in major, critical moments. None of them have the expertise of a slam finalist like Kimmie does and considering the state of the WTA .......Kimmie shouldn't have a problem reaching the top ten. She can stay there for a very long time.
And everyone tries....but no one does a split like Kimmie. I personally can't wait to see her back in action! I think there may be a slam or two in Kimmie's future IF she really wants it.
