If you saw Roger play Roddick in Wimby '04, the you have to know that was not Roger's best.

Do you mean 06? Also, he doesn't have to be playing great the whole tournament to play a good match, Serena at the AO this year was a good example of that. I remember watching the Wimbledon 2006 and thinking Federer was playing well.
