From what I know, the reason why she is now suing is because they could not reach a settlement.

I'd like to hear what people like Venus, Lindsay and Serena have to say about this.

When she was hired, I think the speculation was that the #1 goal was to get Serena and Venus to play more Fed Cup. And that didn't happen. She got Lindsay to play twice, once in '05, once last year.
