There is talk about importing a roof for Parque Roca where the DC ties are usually played.

Doesn't the ITF require minimum seating to be 12,000 and that is why the Orfeo is problematic and why importing a roof for Parque Roca is seriously being considered?

The roof for Roca is very expensive and it would be a one-time thing. So I don't think it will be done.

The Orfeo and Luna Park can both add extra seats and almost reach the 12,000. I think Orfeo would be at 11,000.
However ITF said it would be very strict in enforcing the rules. I know that a decision has to be made ASAP since they have to elevate their proposal by today or Monday.
